At first I understand Russian language,but i'm bad at talking and writing ,so you can reply in any language you like.

So the problem is that my CSS is not working anymore, I deleted it, download it again, install everything from beginning and still don't work, I even reinstall the Windows and NOTHING happens. Before all of this it worked perfectly.
When i double click on the game it opens the AVTOOBNOVLATOR where its starts downloading many file for CSS!And in the middle it dropped out an Error where it says '' error while downloading patch from steamclient.dll ''. And even when i'm cancelling that error and press ''Play " button ,it still do nothing!
And also i tried to fix it with NET Framework,DirectX and Microsoft Visual!

Ваша проблема кроется в антивирусе. У меня например антивирус ESET NOD 32 не пускает патч и выдаёт такую же ошибку как у вас. Как только выключаю антивирус игра запускается.

Зачем вообще устанавливать антивирус? Завтра надо будет прогнать на вирусы комп. Уже год наверно без ативируса) Хватает встроенного в винду.
